DOMAIN 1

Name

RoofingLongview.com

Appraisal

Longview is a city with population less than 100,000. Roofing is a top keyword. I actually expected this domain to sell, but despite all efforts, it didn’t. We all know it’s almost impossible to sell all our purchases (especially in its first year), this may sound harsh but any domainer that has been at least 14 months in the business will agree with this.

Reason for purchase

Reason for purchase was that the keyword is good. Also a two keyword domain.

Would I have purchased the domain if it was available today?

Yes.

DOMAIN 2

Name

LosAngelesSolarRoofing.com

Appraisal

Los Angeles is a city with about 4 million population. Solar Roofing is a sub niche in Roofing. Again, I actually expected this domain to sell, but despite all efforts, it didn’t.

Reason for purchase

Reason for purchase was that the keyword is okay. Also a Los Angeles is a big city

Would I have purchased the domain if it was available today?

Yes.

DOMAIN 3

Name

MontrealLimoRentalService.com

Appraisal

Montreal is in Canada.

Reason for purchase

I don’t even know why. The domain is terrible. (Note: even so called terrible domains sell).
